To bathe or not to bathe. That is the question.
For most of us, hygiene is prioritized but is only secondary to beauty and fashion. We exert extra effort and spend extra money to maintain our beautiful skin and healthy-looking hair. We go to spas to pamper ourselves and keep our skin tone at always at its best. We splurge on clothes that make us who we are. But to go the extra mile to be as hygienic as we can, forget it. It is necessary but not the number one priority.
Why do we need to put good grooming on top of the priority ladder?
First off, during the time of Adam and Eve, it was okay not to wear too much clothes. Heck, they were once even naked! This is because they had the cleanest air, had almost no pollutants in their surroundings and hence, they needed no protection. But now, after eons of years, clothes are not only necessary but a matter of hygiene or death.
The point being, that to bathe or keep ourselves clean is at its most important time. We no longer enjoy clean air so to miss even a day of not bathing, is to accept that we got all the dirt from our activities throughout the day and to expect that we will get even dirtier the succeeding days until our next bath.
Secondly, to bathe, to brush or to wash our face, is synonymous to preparing ourselves for a healthy life. All the sickness in the world are perpetuated and aggravated by the dirt that we let live inside and outside our bodies.
Lastly, to groom is to anticipate a blossoming love life. Nobody wants a partner that reeks of foul odor. Should you smell nothing or neutral, you have lost the chance to sweep your love off his or her feet by your sweet, mesmerizing fragrance. It is always better to smell your best in case you bump into your soul mate any time of any day.
